Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MeLoop software application ("Software") or website located at meloop.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Software.

MeLoop is owned, developed, and operated by Tararaj Chandra (T3 Solutions) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Software License & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tararaj Chandra (T3 Solutions) grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and run MeLoop on personal computing devices owned or controlled by you.

• Free Community License: Allows connecting up to 2 active email accounts with local search and keyboard productivity features for personal or commercial use.
• Pro & Lifetime Licenses: Provide unlimited email accounts, Teams sync, and advanced AI copilot features across up to three (3) personal computing devices per licensed user.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Certain features of MeLoop require payment of fees (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime Deal).

• Payments within India are processed securely through Razorpay (supporting UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards).
• International payments are processed via our authorized global payment gateways in US Dollars or supported local currencies.
• All pricing is clearly stated on meloop.in and within the app. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the compiled application binaries.
• Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or share your paid License Key with unauthorized third parties.
• Use MeLoop to conduct automated spam campaigns or violate the terms of service of third-party email providers (including Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo).

5. Third-Party Integrations & Accounts

MeLoop integrates directly with third-party services including Google Gmail, Microsoft Graph / Office 365, and custom IMAP/SMTP mail servers. Your use of these third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies. Tararaj Chandra (T3 Solutions) does not own or control these external services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tararaj Chandra (T3 Solutions) or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or communication resulting from your use of the Software.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
